Beginning July 3, 2023, DIGITIMES Asia will no longer provide refunds for paid content, such as news subscriptions and research reports, in accordance with the regulations outlined in the 'Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind Distance Sales' and is not subject to Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act (Article 19-1). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

On March 22nd, we will implement a device-binding policy to enhance the security of DIGITIMES Asia user accounts. This allows users to register up to three different devices and make up to seven changes per subscription period through My Account.

As of April 1, 2023, DIGITIMES Asia will no longer provide refunds after two weeks of news service usage. Research reports are still under non-refundable policies after cancellation. User access and benefits will continue for the remainder of the current yearly billing period after cancellation.
